ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES

5:00. p.m.
Present were Roy Tew, Secretary and Walter Massey, Member. Chairman
Randall was unable to attend.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director,
Mr. Tew called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
Minutes:
Mr. Massey moved to approve the minutes of August 16, 2005. Mr. Tew
seconded. Approved without dissent.
New Business:
The Board reviewed the absentee ballots for Erwin. Mr. Massey moved to
approve OS-1 through OS-5 (inclusive). Mr. Tew seconded. Approved without dissent.
Ms. Toler provided the Board members with a packet of proposed forms to be
used for the upcoming municipal elections. The Board agreed to discuss them at the
October 4, 2005 meeting.
The next meeting of the Board will be October 4, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. followed by
poll worker training for Erwin at 6:30 pm.
Mr. Massey moved to adjourn. Mr. Tew seconded. The meeting was adjourned
at 5:15 p.m.
