ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES
October 25, 2005
5:00 p.m.
Present were William Randall, Chairman, Secretary Roy Tew and Walter Massey,
Member.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director,
Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
Minutes:
Mr. Massey moved to approve the minutes of October 18, 2005. Mr. Randall
seconded. Approved without dissent
New Business:
The Board reviewed absentee one -stop voters, OS-1 through OS-22 inclusive.
Mr. Tew moved to approve. Mr. Randall seconded. Approved without dissent.
Ms. Toler advised the Board members about the IOG conference and the
opportunity to preview machines. The Board indicated a desire to attend on Tuesday's
session.
The next meeting of the Board will be November 1, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. to be
followed by poll worker training at 6:00 p.m.
Mr. Tew moved to adjourn. Mr. Massey seconded. The meeting was adjourned
at 5:30 p.m.
