ABSENTEE MEETING
APRIL 26, 2022
5:00 P.M.
Present were; Board Chairwoman Allison Fenderson, Members: Betsy McCormick, James
Currin and Lewis Bell
Also Present were; Director Claire Jones, Deputy Director Shannon Cole and Election
Technician Jessica Higginbotham
Also present: See sign in sheet
Ms. Fenderson called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm with a moment of silence and Pledge of
Allegiance.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from April 19, 2022. Mrs. McCormick moved to approve the
minutes. Mr. Bell seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
The Board reviewed the absentee list, attached hereto. Mr. Currin moved to approve the list. Mrs.
McCormick seconded. Approved without dissent.
The Board verified the beginning count on the DS200 was 15. Mrs. Fenderson ran the 13
approve ballots through the DS200. The Board verified the final number was 28 and Mrs. Jones
turned the DS200 off.
With no further business to discuss, Mrs. McCormick moved to adjourn. Mr. Currin seconded.
The meeting adjourned at 5:13 pm.
The next meeting of the Board will be an absentee meeting on May 3, 2022 at 5:00 pm.
