Present were; Board Chairwoman Allison Fenderson, Secretary Lin Coker, Member: James
Currin
Also Present were; Director Claire Jones and Deputy Director Claudette Williams

Ms. Fenderson called the meeting to order at 5:09 pm.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from October 5 and October 12, 2021. Mr. Coker moved to
approve the minutes. Mr. Currin seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
The Board reviewed the absentee list, attached hereto. There were eight returned absentee
ballots; all eight were from One -Stop voting. Mr. Ge, e moved to approve. � '`-�eGorrn ck

With no further business to discuss, Ms. Fenderson moved to adjourn. Mr. Coker seconded. The

The next meeting of the Board will be an Absentee meeting on October 26, 2021 at 5:00 pm.
