HARNETT COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS
CANVASS MEETING
NOVEMBER 9, 2021
11:00 A.M.
Present were; Board Chairwoman Allison Fenderson, Secretary Lin Coker, Members: Betsy
McCormick, James Currin and Lewis Bell
Also Present were; Director Claire Jones and Deputy Director Claudette Williams

Ms. Fenderson called the meeting to order at 11:30 am.
Business:
The Board reviewed the Canvass reports. Mrs. Jones states that no protests or issues were
pending that could delay Canvass. After some discussion, Mr. Currin moved to approve Canvass.
Mr. Bell seconded. Approved without dissent.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Bell moved to adjourn. Mr. Currin seconded. The
meeting adjourned at 11:39 am.
The next meeting of the Board will be a regular meeting on December 7, 2021 at 5:30 pm.
