REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 7, 2021
5:30 P.M.
Present were; Board Chairman Allison Fenderson, Secretary Lin Coker, Members: Betsy
McCormick, James Currin and Lewis Bell
Also Present were; Director Claire Jones
Also present: See sign in sheet
Mrs. Jones called the meeting to order at 5:00pm.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from August 17, 2021. After some discussion, Mr. Bell moved
to approve the minutes. Mr. Currin seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
Mrs. Jones reported to the Board:
• Municipal Election Information
o September 3, Acceptance Testing of New Equipment
o Coding/Ballot proofing
• Election Worker Training
o September 27, 1:00 and 6:00
o September 28, 9:00 and 1:00
• Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for New Facility
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Coker moved to adjourn. Mr. Bell seconded. The
meeting was adjourned at 5:58 pm.
The next meeting of the Board will be a Regular and Absentee meeting on October 5, 2021 at
5:00 pm.
