REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 4, 2018
4:00 P.M.
Present were; Board Chairman Don Schroeder, Vice -Chair Tony Spears, Secretary Steve
Blackburn, Member Joey Powell and Director Claire Jones
Mr. Schroeder called the meeting to order at 4:00pm.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from August 20, 2018. Mr. Powell moved to approve the
minutes. Mr. Blackburn seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
The Board reviewed a list of precinct workers to appoint as MAT team members, attached
hereto. After some discussion Mr. Spears moved to appoint the listed workers as MAT team
members. Mr. Powell seconded approved without dissent.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Blackburn moved to adjourn. Mr. Powell seconded. The
meeting was adjourned at 4:19 pm.
The next meeting of the Board will be a regular meeting on October 2, 2018 at 4:00 pm.
