ABSENTEE MEETING
OCTOBER 31, 2017
5:00 P.M.
Present were; Board Chairman James Currin, Board Secretary Tony Spears, Board Member
Joseph Powell and Deputy Director Claudette Williams
Also Present: Steve Blackburn
Mr. Currin called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from October 24, 2017. Mr. Spears moved to approve the
minutes. Mr. Powell seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
The Board reviewed the absentee list, attached hereto. There are 8 absentee one -stops to be
approved. After some discussion Mr. Powell moved to approve the Absentee list. Mr. Spears
seconded. Approved without dissent.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Spears moved to adjourn. Mr. Powell seconded. The
meeting was adjourned at 5:07 pm.
The next meeting of the Board will be an Absentee meeting, November 6, 2017 at 5:00 pm.
