ABSENTEE MEETING
OCTOBER 24, 2017
5:00 P.M.
Present were, Board Chairman James C:urrin. Board Secretary Tony Spears, Board Member
Joseph Powell and Director Claire Jones
Mr. Currin called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from October 16, 2017 Absentee, October 16, 2017 Canvass,
and October 17, 2017. Mr. Spears moved to approve the minutes. Mr. Powell seconded.
Approved without dissent.
Business:
The Board reviewed absentee list, attached hereto. Mr. Powell moved to approve the list. Mr.
Spears seconded. Approved without dissent.
Mr. Spears moved to go into closed session to discuss personnel related issues. Mr. Powell
seconded. Approved without dissent. The Board went into closed session at 5:07 pm.
Mr. Powell moved to return to open session. Mr. Spears seconded. Approved without dissent.
r—• "I he Board returned to open session at 5:24 pm. No action was taken as a result of closed session.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Spears moved to adjourn. Mr. Powell seconded. The
meeting was adjourned at 5:25 pm.
The next meeting of the Board will be the absentee meeting on October 31, 2017 at 5:00 pm.
