ABSENTEE PROVISIONAL MEETING
OCTOBER 16, 2017
10:30 A.M.
Present were; Board Chairman James Currin, Board Secretary Tony Spears, Board Member
Joseph Powell and Director Claire Jones
Mr. Currin called the meeting to order at 10:30 am.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from October 9, 2017 and October 10, 2017. Mr. Powell moved
to approve the minutes. Mr. Spears seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
There were no additional absentee ballots to approve.
The Board reviewed the list of provisional voters, attached hereto. After some discussion Mr.
Spears moved to approve the provisional list. Mr. Powell seconded. Approved without dissent.
The Board duplicated the partial count ballot with the correct ballot style and ran the provisional
through the machine. The Board closed the Provisional M100 and signed the tapes. The results
will be released at Canvass.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Spears moved to adjourn. Mr. Powell seconded. The
meeting was adjourned at 10:43 am.
The next meeting of the Board will be the Canvass meeting following this meeting at 11:00 am.
