ABSENTEE PROVISIONAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 17, 2017
10:30 A.M.
Present were; Board Chairman James Currin, Board Secretary Tony Spears, Board Member
Joseph Powell and Director Claire Jones
Also Present: see sign in sheet
Mr. Currin called the meeting to order at 10:45 am.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from November 7, 2017 and November 14, 2017. Mr. Spears
moved to approve the minutes. Mr. Powell seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
There were no additional absentee ballots to approve.
The Board reviewed the list of provisional voters, attached hereto. After some discussion Mr.
Powell moved to approve the provisional list. Mr. Spears seconded. Approved without dissent.
The Board opened the Provisional M100 and signed the tapes. The ballots were inserted and the
Board closed the Provisional M100 and signed the tapes. The results will be released at Canvass.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Spears moved to adjourn. Mr. Powell seconded. The
meeting was adjourned at 11:00 am.
The next meeting of the Board will be the Canvass meeting following this meeting at 11:00 am.
