REGULAR MEETING
JUNE 6, 2017
4:00 P.M.
Present were; Board Chairman James Currin, Board Secretary Tony Spears, Board Member
Joseph Powell and Director Claire Jones
Also present was; Steve Blackburn
Mr. Currin called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from May 2, 2017. Mr. Powell moved to approve the minutes.
Mr. Spears seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
Mrs. Jones submitted to the Board e-mails from the State Board concerning updates on various
Court Issues.
Mr. Spears suggested that a flag be purchased and the Pledge of Allegiance recited at future
meetings.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Spears moved to adjourn. Mr. Powell seconded. The
meeting was adjourned at 4:16 pm.
The next meeting of the Board will be the Swearing in Ceremony and regular meeting on July
18, 2017 at 12:00 noon.
