ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 14, 2016
10:30 A.M.
Present were; Board Chairman James Currin, Board Secretary Tony Spears, Director Claire
Jones and Deputy Director Claudette Williams.
Others Present were: Admin. Support Specialist Jeni Harris and Carolyn Brewington
Mr. Currin called the meeting to order at 10:42 am.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from June 7, 2016. Mr. Spears moved to approve the minutes.
Mr. Currin seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
The Board reviewed the list of Absentee Voters, attached hereto. After some discussion Mr.
Spears moved to approve the absentee list. Mr. Currin seconded. Approved without dissent.
The Board opened the M 100 for Absentee by mail and inserted the ballots. The results will be
combined with Election Day absentees and released with Canvass.
With no other business to discuss, Mr. Spears moved to adjourn. Mr. Currin seconded. The
meeting was adjourned at 10:52 am.
The next Board meeting will be Canvass immediately following at 11:00 am.
