REGULAR MEETING
AUGUST 18, 2015
4:00 PM
Present were Board Members; James Currin, Tony Spears, Joseph Powell and Director Claire
Jones.
Also present were: Democratic Chair, Jean Sivoli, Republican Chair, Wes Sills, and Republican
Secretary, Brenda Page.
Mr. Currin called the meeting to order at 4:07 pm.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from July 21, 2015. Mr. Powell moved to approve the minutes.
Mr. Spears seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
Mrs. Jones submitted to the Board the Precinct Judge Appointment lists, submitted by the party
chairs. Mrs. Jones stated that there were some vacant seats and she inserted previously used
judges in those seats. After some discussion Mr. Spears motioned to approve the appointment
r� list, attached hereto. Mr. Powell seconded. Approved without dissent.
With no further business to discuss, Mr. Powell moved to adjourn. Mr. Spears seconded. The
meeting was adjourned at 4:19 pm.
The Board will hold a Candidate Challenge Hearing after today's meeting at 5:00
The next regular Board meeting will be on September 1, 2015 at 4:00 pm.
