ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES
MAY 13, 2014
10:30 A.M.
Present were: Chairman James Currin, Secretary Tony Spears and Director Claire Jones. Also
present were: Deputy Director Claudette Williams and Walt Temple, IT support.
Mr. Currin called the meeting to order at 10:37 am.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes from May 6, 2014. Mr. Spears moved to approve the minutes.
Mr. Currin seconded. Approved without dissent.
Business:
The Board reviewed the poll book of absentee voters, attached hereto. Mr. Spears moved to
approve the absentee voters. Mr. Currin seconded. Approved without dissent.
The Board opened the Absentee M100 machine and ran the 5 approved Absentee ballots. These
results will be combined with the previous absentee results and released at Canvass.
With no other business to discuss Mr. Spears moved to recess until the Canvass meeting at 11:00
am. Mr. Currin seconded. The meeting recessed at 10:45 am.
