ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES
_ November 8, 2011
5:00 P.M.
Present were Chairman Walter Massey and Secretary James Currin. Member Louise Taylor was
present via speaker phone.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Chairman Massey called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
Business:
The Board reviewed the absentee poll book. Mr. Currin moved to approve the list, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Ms. Taylor seconded. Approved without
dissent.
The M100 tapes were printed, reviewed and signed by the Board. Write-ins were also reviewed
and recorded on the write-in tally sheet. Results will be released at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Currin moved to adjourn. Ms. Taylor seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
