SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
_ July 19, 2011
12:00 Noon
Present were Chairman Walter Massey and Secretary James Currin. Member Louise Taylor was
unable to attend.
Also present was Dianne Hatley, Harnett County Clerk of Court and Sherre Toler, Director.
Chairman Massey called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon.
Business:
Chairman Massey welcomed Ms. Hatley to the meeting. Ms. Hatley administered the oath of
office to Mr. Massey and Mr. Currin.
The Board then discussed reorganization of the Board. Mr. Currin moved to nominate Mr.
Massey as Chairman and Mr. Currin as Board Secretary. Mr. Massey seconded. Approved
without dissent.
Ms. Taylor will be sworn in at the August 3, 2011 meeting.
The next meeting of the Board will be its regular monthly meeting on August 3, 2011 at 11:30
a.m.
Mr. Currin moved to adjourn. Mr. Massey seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
