SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
COATS SENIOR CENTER
February 15, 2011
7:00 P.M.
Present were Chairman Walter Massey, Secretary James Currin and Member Louise Taylor.
Also present was Claire Jones, Sr. Administrative Assistant and Sherre Toler, Director.
Chairman Massey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Business:
As no members of the public were in attendance, the Board agreed to wait until 7:15. At that
time, no members of the public had arrived.
The next meeting of the Board will be its public hearing on February 16, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at
Dunn City Hall. The next regular monthly meeting of the Board will be March 2, 2011 at 11:30
a.m.
Mr. Currin moved to adjourn. Ms. Taylor seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
