ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES
NOVEMBER 2, 2010
5:00 P.M.
Present were Chairman Walter Massey, Secretary James Currin and Member Louise Taylor.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Chairman Massey called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
Business:
The Board reviewed the absentee ballot poll book. Ms. Taylor moved to approve the list,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Mr. Currin seconded. Approved
without dissent. The Board agreed to run the tapes with the results to be released at 7:30 p.m.
The absentee ballots by mail were run through the voting machine. The emailed ballots were
tallied by the Board and added to the tapes which were printed and signed by the Board. The
one -stop ballot tapes were also printed and signed by the Board.
The next meeting of the Board will be an absentee meeting on November 12, 2010 at 10:30 a.m.
Mr. Currin moved to adjourn. Ms. Taylor seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
