CANVASS MEETING MINUTES
DECEMBER 7, 2010
11:00 A.M.
Present were Chairman Walter Massey, Secretary James Currin and Member Louise Taylor.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Chairman Massey called the meeting to order at 11:25 a.m.
Minutes:
Mr. Currin moved to approve the minutes of November 2, 2010, November 9, 2010, November
12, 2010 at 10:30 a.m., November 12, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., November 17, 2010 and November
18, 2010. Ms. Taylor seconded. Approved without dissent
Business:
Ms. Toler presented the Board with the abstract of the count of the 2nd round of IRV Voting. Ms.
Taylor moved to approve the results. Mr. Currin seconded. Approved without dissent.
Ms. Toler advised of the possibility of another recount.
The next meeting of the Board will be its regular meeting on January 4, 2011 at 3:00 p.m.
Mr. Currin moved to adjourn. Ms. Taylor seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
