ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES
September 29, 2009
5:00 p.m.
Present were Chairman Walter Massey, Secretary James Currin and Member Louise Taylor.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Chairman Massey called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
New Business:
Ms. Toler presented the Board with the absentee poll book, attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference. Ms. Taylor moved to approve. Mr. Currin seconded. Approved
without dissent.
Ms. Toler advised that PrintElect was repairing 2 Automark machines and modems on 7 of the
M100 machines. All other testing of the ballots was completed successfully.
The next meeting of the board will be an absentee meeting at 5:00 p.m. on October 6, 2009.
Ms. Taylor moved to adjourn to the poll worker training session. Mr. Currin seconded. The
meeting was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
