ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES
October 6, 2009
5:00 p.m.
Present were Chairman Walter Massey, Secretary James Currin and Member Louise Taylor.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Chairman Massey called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Minutes:
The Board reviewed the minutes of September 22, 2009 and September 29, 2009. Ms. Taylor
moved to approve. Mr. Currin seconded. Approved without dissent.
New Business:
Ms. Toler advised the Board that there were no new absentee ballots to approve. The Board
printed and signed the tapes with the results to be released at 7:30 p.m.
The next meeting of the board will be its Canvass meeting at 11:00 a.m. on October 13, 2009.
Ms. Taylor moved to adjourn. Mr. Currin seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
