CANVASS MEETING MINUTES
June 30, 2009
11:00 a.m.
Present were Chairman Walter Massey, Secretary Walt Titchener and Member Louise Taylor.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Chairman Massey called the meeting to order at 11:10 a.m.
New Business:
Ms. Toler advised the board that the hand -eye recount had been conducted and everything
matched exactly.
Ms. Toler presented the Board with the provisional ballot that was valid. Ms. Taylor moved to
approve. Mr. Titchener seconded. Approved without dissent.
The provisional ballot was opened and fed through the machine. The tape was printed, signed by
the board members. The Canvass report was prepared and signed by the Board.
After discussion, Ms. Taylor moved that the meeting scheduled for July 7, 2009 be cancelled.
Mr. Titchener seconded. Approved without dissent.
The next meeting of the board will be its regular meeting at 12:00 noon on August 4, 2009
Mr. Titchener moved to adjourn. Ms.Taylor seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 12:15
p.m.
