REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
October 8, 2008
12:00 p.m.
Present were Chairman William Randall and Secretary Walt Titchener and Member Walter
Massey.
Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.
Minutes:
Mr. Massey moved to approve the minutes of August 11 and September 2, 2008. Mr.
Titchener seconded. Approved without dissent.
New Business:
Ms. Toler advised that she has ordered an awning for the outside of the Board of
Elections office in order to protect voters from the weather in the event they must stand in line
for voting. The awning is scheduled to be installed prior to one -stop beginning.
The next meeting of the Board will be August 14, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
Mr. Titchener made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Massey seconded. The meeting was
adjourned at 12:25 p.m.
