ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES
r-- October 14, 2008
5:00 p.m.
Present were Chairman William Randall and Secretary Walt Titchener and Member Walter
Massey.
Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
New Business:
Because of the large number of absentees and some scheduling conflicts of board
members, Mr. Massey moved to table the absentees until the next meeting. Mr. Titchener
seconded. Approved without dissent.
Ms. Toler provided the Board with a copy of a letter from James Clark objecting to the
one -stop locations and asking for an additional site in Dunn. Because the letter was not in the
form of a protest the Board did not take any action on the request.
The next meeting of the Board will be August 21, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
Mr. Titchener made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Massey seconded. The meeting was
adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
