CANVASS MEETING MINUTES
November 14, 2008
11:00 a.m.
Present were Secretary Walt Titchener and Member Walter Massey.
Mr. Massey called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.
New Business:
Ms. Toler presented the Board with the provisional ballots. According to research by
office staff, there were 545 valid ballots and 570 not valid. Mr. Titchener made a motion to
approve the ballots per the director's report. Mr. Massey seconded. Approved without dissent.
Mr. Titchener made a motion to reject the ballots per the director's report. Mr. Massey
seconded. Approved without dissent.
The ballots were inserted into the machine. The Board also counted the write-in votes.
The canvass report was prepared and reviewed and signed by the Board.
The next meeting of the Board will be December 2, 2008 at 12:00 noon.
Mr. Titchener made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Massey seconded. The meeting was
adjourned at 2:30 p.m.
