ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES
June 3, 2008
5:00 p.m.
Present were Chairman William Randall and Secretary Walt Titchener. Member
Walter Massey was unable to attend.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
New Business:
Ms. Toler advised the Board of the absentee ballots. Mr. Titchener moved to
approve those ballots. Mr. Randall seconded. Approved without dissent. The poll book
of absentee ballots is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
The next meeting of the Board will be an absentee meeting on June 10, 2008 at
5:00 p.m.
Mr. Titchener made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Randall seconded. The meeting
was adjourned at 5:10 p.m.

Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m.
Minutes:
Mr. Titchener moved to approve the minutes of April 22, 2008, April 29, 2008,
May 6, 2008 and May 13, 2008. Mr. Randall seconded. Approved without dissent.
New Business:
Ms. Toler advised the Board that she mailed out 72 absentee ballots for the 2nd
primary election.
The Board agreed to conduct the absentee meeting on June 3, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
by conference call.
The next meeting of the Board will be an absentee meeting on June 3, 2008 at
5:00 p.m. by conference call.
Mr. Titchener made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Randall seconded. The meeting
was adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
