ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES
June 24, 2008
5:00 p.m.
Present were Chairman William Randall and Secretary Walt Titchener and
Member Walter Massey.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
New Business:
The board reviewed the absentee ballots. Mr. Massey moved to approve those
ballots. Mr. Titchener seconded. Approved without dissent. The poll book of absentee
ballots is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
The Board ran the tapes from the one -stop sites with results to be released at 7:30
p.m. Absentee ballots by mail were also run through the machine with the results to be
released at 7:30 p.m.
The next meeting of the Board will be a canvass meeting on July 1, 2008 at 11:00
a.m.
Mr. Massey made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Titchener seconded. The meeting
was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
