ABSENTEE MEETING MINUTES
June 17, 2008
5:00 p.m.
Present were Chairman William Randall and Secretary Walt Titchener and
Member Walter Massey.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
New Business:
The board reviewed the absentee ballots. Mr. Massey moved to approve those
ballots. Mr. Titchener seconded. Approved without dissent. The poll book of absentee
ballots is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Ms. Toler advised the Board that during voter history it appeared that one voter
may have voted twice. The State Board has been contacted and is investigating.
The next meeting of the Board will be an absentee meeting on June 24, 2008 at
5:00 p.m.
Mr. Massey made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Titchener seconded. The meeting
was adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
