REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
August 11, 2008
12:00 p.m.
Present were Chairman William Randall and Secretary Walt Titchener and Member Walter
Massey.
Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.
Minutes:
Mr. Massey moved to approve the minutes of July 1, 2008. Mr. Titchener seconded.
Approved without dissent.
New Business:
Ms. Toler discussed the one -stop sites for the November election and the grants available
through the State Board to assist with the costs. Mr. Massey moved to approve the request set
for by Ms. Toler for grant funding. Mr. Titchener seconded. Approved without dissent.
Ms. Toler reminded the Board that training will begin on September 6, 2008.
The next meeting of the Board will be September 2, 2008 at 12:00 noon.
Mr. Massey made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Titchener seconded. The meeting was
adjourned at 12:35 p.m.
