REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
March 13, 2007
3:00 p.m.
Present were William Randall, Chairman, Secretary Roy Tew and Walter Massey,
Member.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.
Minutes:
Mr. Tew moved to approve the minutes of February 13, 2007. Mr. Randall
seconded. Approved without dissent.
New Business:
Ms. Toler advised the board that the district election technician from the State
Board forwarded a copy of the wellness check. She explained that the goal was to
complete the checks on all 100 counties by August.
Ms. Toler explained the proposed budget line -by-line. She also explained that she
had contacted the County Manager regarding the possibility of one or two unscheduled
county -wide elections possibly being held in the next budget year. As per Mr. Emory's
instructions, Ms. Toler included the costs of one additional county -wide election that may
or may not be necessary.
Mr. Tew moved to approve the proposed budget as submitted by Ms. Toler. Mr.
Massey seconded. Approved without dissent.
The next meeting of the Board will be April 10, 2007 at 3:00 p.m.
Mr. Tew moved to adjourn. Mr. Massey seconded. The meeting was adjourned
at approximately 3:35 p.m.
