REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
February 13, 2007
3:00 p.m.
Present were William Randall, Chairman and Secretary Roy Tew. Walter Massey,
Member was unable to attend.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.
Minutes:
Mr. Tew moved to approve the minutes of January 9, 2007- Mr. Randall
seconded. Approved without dissent.
New Business:
Ms. Toler advised the board that she had sent a letter to each town regarding the
fall elections. She also forwarded each town a current listing of their street file for
review.
Ms. Toler advised that she and Deputy Director Williams would be conducting
r interviews on Thursday and Friday for the vacant Administrative Support Specialist
position.
Mr. Tew moved to adjourn. Mr. Randall seconded. The meeting was adjourned
at approximately 3:25 p.m.
