REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
December 4, 2007
3:00 p.m.
Present were Chairman William Randall and Secretary Walt Titchener. Member
Walter Massey was unable to attend.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
Minutes:
Mr. Titchener moved to approve the minutes of October 30, 2007, November 6,
2007 and November 13, 2007. Mr. Randall seconded. Approved without dissent.
New Business:
Ms. Toler advised the Board that she and the Deputy Director and the Ms. Gallion
would be attending the State Board seminar in December and would also be attending the
protest appeal hearing filed by Mr. Clark at the State Board office in Raleigh on
December 19.
The next meeting of the Board will be on January 8, 2008 at 3:00 p.m.
Mr. Titchener moved to adjourn. Mr. Randall seconded. The meeting was
adjourned at 3:10 p.m.
