REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
DECEMBER 12, 2006
3:00 p.m.
Present were William Randall, Chairman and Secretary Roy Tew. Member
Walter Massey was unable to attend.
Also present was Sherre Toler, Director.
Mr. Randall called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
New Business:
Ms. Toler advised that she and the staff would be completing the absentee by
precinct report prior to the January board meeting.
Ms. Toler advised that the ABC petition in Upper Little River expires January 1
and at this point they only have 195 of the required signatures.
Ms. Toler advised the Board that she and Claire Jones had attended the meeting in
Raleigh and also provided the members with the supplement for the Law Book.
The next meeting of the Board will be its regular monthly meeting on January 9,
2007 at 3:00 p.m.
Mr. Tew moved to adjourn. Mr. Randall seconded. The meeting was adjourned
at 3:15 p.m.
