CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Development Services called the meeting to order at 9:00
WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings. This meeting was held via zoom due to the Covid-19 virus.
BOARD INTRODUCTIONS

NEW BUSINESS:
DOLLAR GENERAL 421 N-COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW (SITE2203-0001) Ross Godwin and John Parker represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911Addressing made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too
conditionally approve the plat. (SEE DOLLAR GENERAL 421 N DECISION PACKET)
KIPLING EVENT BUILDING- COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW (SITE2203-0002). Dan Smith and Josh Crumpler represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat, and Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too
conditionally approve the plat. (SEE KIPLING EVENT BUILDING DECISION PACKET)
CAROLINA SEASONS-MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2203-0008). There was no representative for the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Jay Sikes, Development Review made a motion to hold the plat, and Tammy Ward; GIS/Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to hold the plat.
SERENITY PHASE 7- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2203-0004). Ben Taylor and Nick Jones represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/E911Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat, and Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to

JONES CREEK MEADOWS- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2203-0009). Fleet Temple, Temple Engineering represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat, and Jay Sikes, Development Review seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally

EAGLE CREEK - MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2203-0010) Scott Brown represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Jay Sikes, Development Services made a motion too conditionally approve the plat, and Tammy Ward; GIS/Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally

GRIFFON POINTE PHASE 1 REVISED - MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2102-0019). Spencer Terry and Bryant Montague represented the application and the Board had discussions.
