BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Jay Sikes, Development Services, Tammy Ward, GIS/E911 Addressing, Jay Meyers & Katherine Moore, Harnett Regional Water; Leslie Jackson, Fire Marshal; Bill Dreitzler,
Engineer; Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health
OTHERS PRESENT: Landon Chandler, Development Services, Theresa Jones, Development Services
CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Development Services called the meeting to order at 9:00
WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings. This meeting was held via zoom due to the Covid-19 virus.
BOARD INTRODUCTIONS

OLD BUSINESS:
V. NEW BUSINESS:
A. PROVIDENCE CREEK AMENITY- COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW (SITE2201-0001). Adam Freeman, McKimcreed represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/Addressing made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Jay Sikes, Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE PROVIDENCE CREEK AMENITY DECISION PACKET)
B.HARRINGTON PLACE- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2112-0042). Jeremy Thomas, J. Thomas Engineering represented the application and the Board had discussions.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/Addressing made a motion too conditionally approve the plat and Jay Sikes, Development Review seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally
approve the plan. (SEE HARRINGTON PLACE DECISION PACKET).
C. EVIT’S PLACE- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2201-0008). Fleet Temple, Temple Engineering represented the application and the board had discussions.
DECISION: Jay Sikes, Development Services made a motion too conditionally approve the plate. Tammy Ward; GIS/Addressing seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally
approve the plan. (SEE EVIT’S PLACE DECISION PACKET).
D. JAYLIN OAKS PHASE II REVISED-MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAN REVIEW (SUB2201-0010). Danny Blackburn represented the application and the Board had discussion.
DECISION: Tammy Ward; GIS/Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Jay Sikes, Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote too conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE JAYLIN OAKS PHASE 2 REVISED DECISION PACKET).
E. WALKER TRACT-MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SUB2201-0011). Jamie Guerrero represented the application and the Board made discussion.
DECISION: Jay Sikes, Development Services made a motion to Conditionally Approve the plat and Leslie Jackson, Fire Marshal seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to Conditionally
Approve the plat. (SEE WALKER TRACT DECISION PACKET).
F.EDISON ACRES-MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW (SITE2201-0012). Ben Dewar, Dewar Surveying represented the application and the Board made discussion.
