The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Friday, April 28,
2006, in the Human Resources conference room, County Administration Building, 102
East Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.

Staff present Neil Emory, County Manager
Wm. A. (Tony) Wilder, Assistant County Manager
Kay S. Blanchard, Clerk to the Board
Alice Powell, Director, Parks & Recreation
Guests: Del Crawford, Crawford Design Company
Gordon Johnson, Architect
Vice Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m. and led the invocation.
Mr. Crawford, with assistance from Mr. Johnson and Ms. Powell, presented an overview
of a preliminary Comprehensive Recreation and Parks System-wide Master Plan
including existing park analysis and improvement recommendations.
There being no further business, the Harnett County Board of Commissioners special
meeting, April 28, 2006, adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
