The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session Tuesday, April 27, 2010,in
the Commissioners Meeting Room, County Administrative Building, 102 East Front Street,
Lillington,North Carolina.
Members present: Timothy B. McNeill, Chairman
Beatrice B. Hill, Vice-Chairman
Dan B. Andrews, Commissioner
Gary House, Commissioner
Jim Burgin, Commissioner
Staff present: Scott Sauer, County Manager
Tony Wilder,Deputy County Manager
Dwight W. Snow, County Attorney

Jennifer Slusser, Staff Attorney
Gina Daniel,Acting Clerk
The following agenda was before the Board:

6 - County Manager: - Draft agenda review for May 3rd and various project
updates
- Closed Session—Personnel Changes
Commissioner Burgin moved that the Board go into closed session for the following purposes:
1) To discuss certain personnel matters, and
2) To discuss matters relating to the location of a business in Harnett County.
This motion is made pursuant to N.C. General Statute Section 143-318.11(a)(6)&(4).
Commissioner Andrews seconded the motion that passed unanimously.
Vice Chairman Hill moved that the Board come out of closed session. Commissioner Andrews
seconded the motion that passed unanimously and the meeting was adjourned.
