The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session planning retreat on Tuesday,
January 29, 2013, in the Alumni Dining Room, Marshbanks Dining Hall, Campbell University,
Buies Creek,North Carolina.

Chairman Burgin called the meeting to order following breakfast with the Campbell University
Cabinet at 7:45 am.
