The Harnett County Board of Commissioners met in special session on Tuesday, March 10,
2015, at Highland Middle School, 345 Highland School Road, Sanford, North Carolina.

Chairman Burgin called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. Commissioner Springle led the pledge
of allegiance and invocation.
