FM info_Windy Hill street length varianceYes. Sorry for the delay. The ordinance is in place for public safety and response reasons, limiting for a single entrance. I think if we continue to make variances for these situations, it undermines the ordinance. That said, we can’t enforce it, but recommend against it. This street length variance request is going before the Planning Board on Monday June 3rd. It’ll be solely on the applicant to make their case. I’ll just talk about the basics but can add anything that the Fire Marshall’s office may deem appropriate.
