The final outcome of this plan will be a revised land use plan to guide rezonings and recommendations that will guide public and private investment decisions for years to come.  Objectives and strategies focus on preservation of community character, reducing sprawl, maximizing existing infrastructure, evaluating transportation and recreation opportunities and needs, considering environmental impacts, and improving the quality of life for Harnett County.
