08-50020320 Conversation 3-5-20183/5/18 - Joshua Paxson called to inquire about restarting this permit – new plans are being drawn up so he was advised we would do a brand new plan review and he would be charged full permit fees for any trades needed at current prices since this expired in 2010. The completed footing and foundation inspections would stand as the footprint of the addition is not changing. He also stated a metal building would be put up to house equipment during the construction process – this will need to be a new file with an environmental inspection, plan review, and min building permit purchased. The homeowner or agent would also need to submit a new building application updating any contractors that have changed since 2008. Beth P
