CALL TO ORDER: Jay Sikes, Development Services, called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
I. WELCOME: Jay Sikes, Development Services opened the meeting by explaining the procedure of the DRB meetings.

A.WYNNRIDGE PHASES 2-4- MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. No one represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
Decision: Tammy Ward, GIS/E 911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Shane Cummings, Public Utilities seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally
approve the plat. (SEE WYNNRIDGE PHASES 2-4 DECISION PACKET)
B. ACC CROSSING PH 8 SECT 2, 3, 4– MAJOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT REVIEW. Andy Barr, Anderson Creek Partners and Lee Humphries, Double D Engineering represented the application
and discussions were made by the board.
Decision: Tammy Ward, GIS/E 911 Addressing made a motion to conditionally approval the plat and Shane Cummings, Public Utilities seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to
conditionally approve the plat. (SEE ACC CROSSING PH 8 SECT 2, 3, 4 DECISION PACKET).
C. CAMPBELL ENGINEERING LABS-COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. No one represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
DECISION: Amanda Bader, County Engineer made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Jay Sikes, Development Services seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote to conditionally
approve the plat. (See CAMPBELL ENGINEERING LABS DECISION PACKET).
D. BENHAVEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL-COMMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. No one represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
DECISION: Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Shane Cummings, Public Utilities seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote
to conditionally approve the plat. (SEE BENHAVEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DECISION PACKET).
E. FLOWERS SOLAR- COOMERCIAL SITE PLAN REVIEW. John Wilson, Design Southern Current represented the application and discussions were made by the board.
DECISION: Shane Cummings, Public Utilities made a motion to conditionally approve the plat and Oliver Tolksdorf, Environmental Health seconded the motion. There was a unanimous vote
to conditional approval the plat. (See FLOWER SOLAR DECISION PACKET).

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Tammy ward made the motion to approve the minutes for the February 22, 2017 meeting and it was seconded by Amanda Bader. There was a unanimous vote to approve
the minutes.
