has remanded Harnett County 11 CVS 1187 (related to BA-AP-02-11) to the Board of Adjustment for further findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding as to respondent-interveners’
operation of a “hunting preserve” pursuant to Judge Gilchrist’s Order.
