December 13, 2002
The Harnett County board of Commissioners met in special session on Friday, December
13, 2002, in the County Manager's Office, County Administration Building, 102 East
Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina
Members present: Beatrice Bailey Hill, Vice Chair •
Walt Titchener
Tim McNeill
Staff present: Neil Emory, County Manager
Kay S. Blanchard, Clerk to the Board
Vice Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.
Neil Emory, County Manager, presented for the Board's consideration a final plat for
Sunset Ridge Subdivision, Section 3, owner: Allied Investors, Inc., located on SR 1141-
Micro Tower Road, Barbecue Township, 20.65 acres. Commissioner Titchener moved to
approve the final plat. Commissioner McNeill seconded the motion and it passed
unanimously.
Mr. Emory discussed negotiations with Dr. Bruce Blackmon regarding sewer taps on his
property in Buies Creek.
There being no further business, Commissioner Titchener moved for adjournment.
Commissioner McNeill seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The Harnett
County Board of Commissioners' special meeting, December 13, 2002, adjourned at
11:40 a.m.
