South Central Water Transmission Project 12/5/2016 SOUTH CENTRAL WATER TRANSMISSION PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Harnett County, North Carolina, sitting
as the governing board of Harnett County.
Section 1. This project consists of the construction of approximately 7,500 linear feet of 12
inch ductile iron water line to correct hydraulic deficiencies in the South Central area of Harnett
County.
Section II. This project will be funded by HCDPU reserves.
Section III. The following amounts are hereby appropriated for this project:
Engineering S 135,800
Construction 782,000
Materials & Supplies 45,000
Land/ROW 18,000
Legal/Admin 8,000
Contingency 39,100
Total S 1,027,900
Section IV. It is estimated that the following revenue will be available for this capital project:
HCDPU Reserves $1,027,900
Duly Adopted this 5th day of December, 2016.
