September 27, 2002, in the County Manager's Office, County Administration
Building, 102 East Front Street, Lillington, North Carolina.

The special meeting was called to order at 11:30 a.m.
Mr. Emory reviewed the following items with the Board:
1. Hunting regulations
2. Election districts
3. D.O.T. funding/Industrial parks
4. Military housing/Western Harnett County
being no further business, the special meeting adjourned at 12:15 p.m.

Mr. Wilder provided an update on the new Courthouse project.

- Land procurement for the Airport project
- Upcoming Public Utilities retreat
- 1/z Cents Sales Tax Option menu
- Transportation Improvement Program
