However because the initial drain line area was disturbed the lot will not support an initial septic system and repair area as originally permitted. Attached are copies of to documents, one of which must be signed and dated in our office. One is a voluntary relinquishment of appeal rights. If this option is chosen a new application will need to be submitted to the central permitting office and the fee of $750 will need to be paid.
