Mr. Potter,
Oliver has been back to lot 45 and flagged both the initial and repair drain lines.
However because the initial drain line area was disturbed the lot will not support an initial septic system and repair area
as originally permitted.
Attached are copies of to documents, one of which must be signed and dated in our office.
One is a voluntary relinquishment of appeal rights. If this option is chosen a new application will need to be submitted to
the central permitting office and the fee of $750 will need to be paid. If you decline to relinquish your rights to appeal
then we will proceed with the Administrative Hearing process.
