Tingen Pointe lots 152, 153
Angie,
Lot 152 can be cleared removing the trees only from the house site to the left hand property line.
Once 152 is cleared let me know and I will go and layout the septic system.
Lot 153 1 think the house needs to be pushed back as far as possible so the septic system can go in the front.
If you would like to keep the house as it is on the site plan, get a soils consultant to propose a septic system with repair
area and submit that to me.
Once lot 153 has be cleared removing tress only let me know and I will go back and flag the septic system.
